Define System Requirements
Understanding your business processes, the degree of automation you desire, and the requirements of your customers are the first steps in ensuring your satisfaction as Logimax customer.
This discovery or needs analysis process, which we call a System Requirements Definition (SRD), enables our combined project teams to have a clear and complete understanding of our mutual project. The resulting document illustrates timelines, responsibilities, functionality needs, objectives, and ultimately serves as the “game plan” for the project implementation.
Implement Logimax To Fit Your Unique Needs
Taking into account the results of the SRD process, the physical layout of your facilities and other important criteria, we initiate the implementation, or software delivery process, which includes:
- Project planning
- Software installation
- Required integrations
- System configurations
- System testing
Once the system is fully tested, the next step is a Conference Room Pilot, or CRP. In or around this phase, we fully train your project team, company trainer, and/or your end-users on all of the features and options of Logimax. This allows you to develop a true sense of WMS ownership. We are right there with you when Logimax goes live.

Train Your Team
The more you understand a software product, the more value you’ll get out of it. To help you get the most out of Logimax, we offer comprehensive training services that we can deliver at your facilities, online, or at our Training Center in Jacksonville, FL.
You can select from three levels of training:
- Train your trainer or System Administrator
- Train your Logimax implementation project team
- Train all Logimax users, including RF end-users
